Pancit Habhab-a popular variety of pancit in Quezon province, make sure not to use fork when the whole family started to eat this one.

Hardinera (Pork Loaf)– usually made of pork, Onions, Garlic, Tomato sauce, Sweet pickle relish, Raisins, Pineapple chunks, and roasted sweet pepper.
